يتعامل مع رطوبة تصل إلى 20% عند المدخل
المساحيق والحبيبات الداخلة برطوبة تصل إلى 20% تخرج برطوبة ثابتة تتراوح بين 3% و5%، مع تيار هواء صاعد يضمن تعرّض كل جسيم للهواء الساخن بشكل متساوٍ.

تغذية وتفريغ مستمران لخطوط الإنتاج
تتحرك المواد في تيار متواصل، وتندمج مباشرة مع معدات التصنيع المستمر في المراحل السابقة واللاحقة دون توقف بين الدفعات.
تبريد مدمج ضمن نفس المرور
يمكن للمنطقة الأخيرة من سطح الطبقة المميعة تبريد المنتج قبل التفريغ، بحيث تخرج المادة جاهزة للتعبئة دون الحاجة إلى خطوة تبريد منفصلة.
رطوبة إخراج ثابتة بين 3% و5% على نطاق واسع
