ارتفاع بستر بیشتر برای ظرفیت بالاتر هر بچ
طراحی محفظه عمودی امکان ایجاد بستر سیال عمیقتری نسبت به واحدهای افقی را فراهم میکند، بنابراین هر بچ بدون نیاز به فضای بزرگتر، مواد بیشتری را پردازش میکند.
توانایی پردازش رطوبت ورودی تا ۲۰٪
پودرها و گرانولهایی که با رطوبت تا ۲۰٪ وارد میشوند، با رطوبت یکدست ۳٪ تا ۵٪ خارج میشوند، در حالی که جریان هوای رو به بالا هر ذره را بهطور یکنواخت در معرض هوای گرم قرار میدهد.
قابلیت تبدیل به گرانولاتور بستر سیال اسپری
با یک تبدیل اختیاری، همان محفظه میتواند پودرها را بهروش اسپری گرانوله کرده و به گرانولهای یکدست تبدیل کند، بنابراین یک دستگاه هم وظیفه خشککردن و هم گرانولسازی را انجام میدهد.

تغذیه و تخلیه پیوسته برای خطوط تولید
مواد در جریانی بیوقفه حرکت میکنند و مستقیماً با تجهیزات تولید پیوسته بالادست و پاییندست یکپارچه میشوند، بدون توقف بین بچها.
خنککاری یکپارچه در همان مرحله
بخش پایانی سطح بستر سیال میتواند محصول را پیش از تخلیه خنک کند، بنابراین مواد بدون نیاز به مرحله خنککاری جداگانه، آماده بستهبندی خارج میشوند.
رطوبت خروجی یکدست ۳٪ تا ۵٪ در مقیاس بالا
