خشککنهای درام خلاء SINOTHERMO خمیرها و مواد با ویسکوزیته بالا را بهصورت پیوسته به فلیکهای یکنواخت با رطوبت ۵ تا ۸ درصد تبدیل میکنند. گرمایش داخلی و سیستم اسکراپر، نتایجی ثابت و قابل اتکا را تضمین میکنند. این دستگاه گزینهای ایدهآل برای کاربردهای مواد غذایی، شیمیایی و دارویی است. امکان افزودن سیستم خنککاری اختیاری نیز وجود دارد.

درام دوار، خشککردن پیوسته و یکنواخت مواد خمیری را تضمین میکند و بازدهی تولید را به حداکثر رسانده و زمان توقف را به حداقل میرساند.

اعمال لایه نازک روی درام، حذف سریع رطوبت و شکلگیری یکنواخت فلیکها را حتی برای مواد حساس به حرارت تضمین میکند.

گرمایش داخلی (۱۲۰ تا ۲۶۰ درجه سانتیگراد) انتقال حرارت کارآمد و قابل کنترلی را فراهم میکند که مصرف انرژی را کاهش داده و از تخریب مواد جلوگیری میکند.
سیستم اسکراپر دقیق
اسکراپر با طراحی دقیق، ماده خشکشده را به فلیکهایی یکنواخت و آسان برای جابجایی تبدیل میکند و فرآیندهای پاییندستی را بهینه میسازد.
