FG-縦型流動層乾燥機：バッチ生産のために設計
より高い層高でバッチ処理量を向上
縦型チャンバー設計により、横型ユニットよりも深い流動層を実現。設置面積を増やすことなく、1バッチあたりの処理量を高めます。
入口水分率20%まで対応可能
最大20%の水分を含む状態で投入された粉体・顆粒も、上昇気流によりすべての粒子が均一に熱風にさらされることで、安定した3％～5％の水分率で排出されます。
スプレー流動層造粒機としても活用可能
オプションの転用により、同一の容器で粉体を均一な顆粒へとスプレー造粒することが可能。1台で乾燥と造粒の両方に対応します。
入口空気温度は100℃以下に抑制
穏やかな乾燥温度により、熱に弱い粉体・顆粒をバッチ処理中の熱劣化から保護します。
XF-横型流動層乾燥機：連続生産ラインのために設計
滞留時間は数秒から数分まで調整可能
流動デッキ上の滞留時間を調整することで、材料の特性に合わせた乾燥強度を実現。デリケートな粉体には短時間処理、水分が抜けにくい材料には長時間処理が可能です。
生産ラインへの連続供給・排出に対応
材料は途切れることなく流れ、前後の連続製造設備と直接連携。バッチ処理特有のダウンタイムが発生しません。
同一工程内での冷却を統合
流動デッキの最終ゾーンで製品を排出前に冷却できるため、別途冷却工程を設けることなく、そのまま梱包工程へ移行できます。
大規模処理でも安定した3％～5％の排出水分率
縦型ユニットと同等の厳密な水分制御を維持しながら、連続生産ラインに求められる高いスループットに対応するサイズ設計です。
