シェル加熱式の仮焼キルン、1,000 °C以上に対応
熱は回転するシェルの外側から加えられるため、材料は壁面を通して加熱され、燃焼ガスが材料に触れることはありません。
電気・天然ガス・ディーゼル加熱
お客様の工場に合ったエネルギー源をお選びいただけます。電気加熱はクリーンで静か、制御しやすい熱源です。ガスやディーゼル燃焼は、燃料が安価な場合や電力容量に制約がある工場に適しています。
仮焼・焙焼・炭化に対応
仮焼キルンは、材料が水分を失うだけでなく、高いプロセス温度に到達してそれを保持する必要がある場合に、1,000 °C以上に達することができます。運転温度は、材料とご要望に応じて決まります。
製品をクリーンに保つ
間接加熱のため、製品が排ガスにさらされることがなく、純度を保てます。燃焼生成物に耐えられない材料に対しても、雰囲気を制御した運転が可能です。
連続した安定した処理
材料は一端から投入され、もう一端から途切れることなく排出されます。回転速度と傾斜角で滞留時間が決まるため、すべての粒子が同じ熱履歴をたどります。
大量の乾燥・仮焼に適した熱風式キルン
外部ヒーターからの熱風がドラム内を材料と接触しながら流れます。大容量を処理する最も速い方法です。
5つの熱源、1つのキルン設計
熱風は、電気ヒーター、ガスバーナー、蒸気コイル、ディーゼルバーナー、石炭焚き熱風炉のいずれでも発生させられます。ヒーターは、キルンとお客様のユーティリティに合わせてサイズを決定します。
材料を持ち上げて降らせるリフター
ドラム内部のリフターが材料を持ち上げ、熱いガス流の中へ落下させます。常に混合されるため、層全体で熱と物質の移動が効率よく保たれます。
大きな処理量に対応
連続運転する長尺ドラムが、バッチ式設備では追いつかない量の鉱物、化学品、バルク材料を処理します。
タッチスクリーン付きPLC制御
温度、バーナー、ドラム回転速度は、オペレーター用タッチスクリーンを備えた制御盤で管理され、シフトが替わってもキルンは安定して稼働します。
燃料も規模も問わず、窓口は一社
手元の燃料が石炭なら、石炭焚き熱風炉
石炭が現実的な燃料である地域では、熱風炉がドラムに熱風を供給します。よりクリーンで便利な熱源をご希望の場合は、ガス、ディーゼル、蒸気、電気の選択肢もあります。
頑丈な機械構造
ドラムはタイヤ(ライディングリング)とサポートローラーの上で回転し、大歯車で駆動されます。24時間連続運転を前提に設計された、実績あるキルンの機構です。
お客様の材料に合わせた設計
シェル、内部構造、内張りは、材料、温度、雰囲気に合わせて仕様を決めます。集じんや排ガス処理も、キルンと併せて供給できます。
