CD乾燥機：連続式による汚泥の固形化
脱水設備から直接投入可能
フィルタープレスまたは遠心分離によるケーキを、80～85%の熱効率で中間工程なしに乾燥フレークまたは粉末へ直接変換します。
連続回転ディスクでケーキ付着を防止
加熱された回転ディスクが汚泥を常に動かし続けるため、静置型乾燥機のように粘着性ケーキがチャンバー内に堆積して詰まることがありません。
密閉構造で臭気を封じ込め
密閉されたチャンバーにより、汚泥乾燥時の臭気をプロセス内に留め、施設外へ漏らしません。住宅地近隣では特に重要な要件です。
高含水率汚泥向け真空パドル乾燥機
初期含水率80%超の汚泥にも対応
中空パドル型撹拌機がコンベア搬送に適さないほど湿った汚泥でも、詰まることなく処理を継続します。
真空運転でトン当たりのエネルギーを削減
真空下では沸点が低下するため、大気圧下と同量の水分を蒸発させるのに必要な熱入力が少なくて済みます。
内蔵撹拌機構が塊の形成を防止
連続撹拌により乾燥中の汚泥が硬い塊になるのを防ぎ、後工程での取り扱いに適した均一な製品を維持します。
連続処理向け真空レーキ乾燥機
レーキ撹拌機が材料を絶えず移動
ジャケット付きチャンバー内を連続的にかき混ぜることで、汚泥全体に均等に熱を伝え、コールドスポットや乾燥ムラを防ぎます。
臭気低減に寄与する真空運転
減圧により汚泥乾燥時の臭気原因となる化合物の揮発を抑制でき、近隣に配慮が必要な施設にとって有利です。
軽度の破砕で出力粒度を調整
乾燥後の汚泥は、埋立処分、焼却燃料、あるいは有効利用に適した粒径で排出されます。
液状汚泥向け遠心スプレー乾燥機
ポンプ搬送可能な低粘度汚泥に最適
機械的脱水を経ていない汚泥流れに対し、高速噴霧により液体を直接粉末へと変換します。
150°C～500°Cの広い入口温度範囲
幅広い温度設定により、廃熱や専用バーナーなど、施設が保有する熱源に応じて乾燥強度を調整できます。
秒単位の乾燥で臭気発生を抑制
急速な蒸発により汚泥が高温にさらされる時間を短縮し、臭気を発生させる揮発性化合物を抑えます。
高粘度汚泥ケーキ向け真空ドラムスクレーパー乾燥機
高粘度ケーキ向けの薄膜乾燥
スプレーノズルでは送液できないほど粘度の高い汚泥を、加熱回転ドラム上に薄膜状に広げて処理します。
連続スクレーパー排出
スクレーパーブレードがドラムから乾燥済み材料を連続的に除去し、手作業での清掃なしに運転を継続できます。
フレーク状の出力で輸送を容易化
乾燥した汚泥はフレーク状で排出され、粉末状よりも密度が高く、輸送や埋立処分が容易です。
