ドラム表面への薄層塗布により、迅速な水分除去と均一なフレーク形成を実現。熱に敏感な材料にも対応可能です。
高精度な内部加熱
内部加熱（120°C～260°C）により効率的かつ制御可能な熱伝達を実現し、エネルギー消費を抑えながら材料の劣化を防止します。
精密スクレーパーシステム
精密設計されたスクレーパーが乾燥材料を扱いやすく均一なフレークへと変換し、後工程を最適化します。
真空運転のメリット
オプションの真空運転により乾燥温度を下げることが可能で、熱に敏感な製品や揮発性溶剤の回収に最適です。
冷却機能の統合
オプションの冷却ドラムによりフレークの温度を下げ、取り扱いを容易にするとともに、包装・保管時の凝集を防止します。
