連続排水濃縮液処理向けCD乾燥機
蒸発後の濃縮液を処理
蒸発工程やRO前処理後に残る濃縮液を受け入れ、80～85%の熱効率で乾燥固形分に変換します。
薄膜ディスクがスケーリングに強い
連続回転するディスクが、排水濃縮液に多いミネラルスケーリングを伝熱面に堆積させることなく処理します。
24時間稼働の処理プラントに対応
連続運転により、バッチ切り替えを必要とせず24時間体制の排水処理と歩調を合わせます。
濃縮排水残渣向け真空パドル乾燥機
腐食性塩類に配慮した低温乾燥
真空運転により排水残渣の蒸発に必要な温度を下げ、濃縮された塩化物・硫酸塩による腐食を抑制します。
パドル撹拌でスケール付着を防止
加熱面上で継続的に撹拌することで、残渣の乾燥過程で結晶化する塩類の固着を防ぎます。
変動する排水組成に対応
50℃～200℃の幅広い運転温度範囲により、工業排水に典型的な水分・固形分含有量の変動を吸収します。

真空運転が塩化物腐食を抑制
真空下での低温運転により、排水中の塩化物が乾燥機に及ぼす腐食性の攻撃を軽減します。
液体直接蒸発向け遠心式スプレー乾燥機
1回通過で固形残渣まで蒸発
希薄な排水流を、スプレー塔内を1回通過させるだけで液体から固体へ直接変換します。
変動する固形分濃度に対応
高速噴霧化により、工業排水流に典型的な変動する固形分濃度に柔軟に対応します。
