더 높은 베드 높이로 배치 처리량 증대
수직 챔버 설계는 수평형 장비보다 더 깊은 유동층을 형성할 수 있어, 장비 설치 면적을 늘리지 않고도 배치당 더 많은 소재를 처리할 수 있습니다.
입구 수분 함량 최대 20%까지 처리 가능
최대 20%의 수분을 함유한 상태로 투입된 분말 및 과립이 3%~5%의 일정한 수분율로 배출되며, 상승 기류가 모든 입자에 고르게 열풍을 전달합니다.
분무식 유동층 과립기로도 전환 가능
선택 사양 전환을 통해 동일한 용기에서 분말을 균일한 과립으로 분무 조립할 수 있어, 건조와 조립 두 가지 공정을 하나의 장비로 처리할 수 있습니다.
입구 공기 온도 100°C 이하로 제한
완만한 건조 온도로 배치 처리 중 열에 민감한 분말 및 과립이 열 손상을 입지 않도록 보호합니다.

체류 시간 수 초에서 수 분까지 조절 가능
유동층 데크의 체류 시간을 조절하여 소재 민감도에 맞춰 건조 강도를 맞출 수 있습니다 — 민감한 분말은 빠르게 처리하고, 수분이 잘 제거되지 않는 소재는 더 길게 처리합니다.
생산 라인을 위한 연속 투입 및 배출
소재가 끊김 없이 흐르며 이동하여, 배치 공정으로 인한 다운타임 없이 전후 공정의 연속 생산 설비와 직접 연동됩니다.
동일 공정 내 통합 냉각 기능
유동층 데크의 마지막 구간에서 배출 전 제품을 냉각할 수 있어, 별도의 냉각 단계 없이 바로 포장 준비가 완료된 상태로 소재가 배출됩니다.
대용량 처리에서도 일정한 3%~5% 출구 수분율 유지
수직형 장비와 동일한 정밀 수분 제어를 제공하면서도, 연속 생산 라인에 필요한 높은 처리량에 맞춰 설계되었습니다.
