열을 회전하는 쉘의 바깥쪽에 가하므로 소재는 벽면을 통해 가열되며, 연소 가스가 소재에 닿지 않습니다.
전기, 천연가스 또는 디젤 가열
현장에 맞는 에너지원을 선택하세요. 전기 가열은 깨끗하고 조용하며 제어하기 쉬운 열을 제공하고, 가스와 디젤 연소는 연료가 더 저렴하거나 전력 용량이 제한된 공장에 적합합니다.
하소, 배소, 탄화를 위한 설계
하소 킬른은 소재가 수분만 잃는 것이 아니라 높은 공정 온도에 도달해 이를 유지해야 할 때 1,000 °C 이상에 이를 수 있습니다. 운전 온도는 소재와 요구 사항에 따라 정해집니다.
제품을 깨끗하게 유지
간접 가열이므로 제품이 배기가스에 노출되지 않아 순도를 지킬 수 있고, 연소 생성물을 견디지 못하는 소재도 분위기를 제어하며 처리할 수 있습니다.
연속적이고 안정적인 생산
소재가 한쪽 끝으로 들어가 반대쪽 끝으로 끊김 없이 배출됩니다. 회전 속도와 경사각이 체류 시간을 결정하므로 모든 입자가 동일한 열 이력을 거칩니다.
대용량 건조·하소를 위한 열풍식 킬른
외부 히터에서 나온 열풍이 소재와 접촉하며 드럼을 통과합니다. 대용량을 처리하는 가장 빠른 방법입니다.
다섯 가지 열원, 하나의 킬른 설계
열풍은 전기 히터, 가스 버너, 증기 코일, 디젤 버너, 석탄 열풍로로 만들 수 있습니다. 킬른과 고객의 유틸리티에 맞춰 히터 용량을 선정합니다.
소재를 들어 올려 흩뿌리는 플라이트
드럼 내부의 플라이트가 소재를 들어 올려 뜨거운 가스 흐름 속으로 떨어뜨리며 계속 섞어 주므로, 층 전체에서 열과 물질 전달이 효율적으로 유지됩니다.
대용량 처리에 적합
연속 운전하는 긴 드럼이 배치식 설비로는 감당하기 어려운 광물, 화학 원료, 벌크 소재의 물량을 처리합니다.
터치스크린 PLC 제어
온도, 버너, 드럼 속도를 운전자용 터치스크린이 달린 제어반에서 관리하므로, 교대 근무가 바뀌어도 킬른이 일정하게 가동됩니다.

석탄이 있다면 석탄 열풍로
석탄이 현실적인 연료인 곳에서는 열풍로가 드럼에 열풍을 공급합니다. 더 깨끗하거나 편리한 열을 원하시면 가스, 디젤, 증기, 전기 옵션도 있습니다.
중하중용 기계 구조
드럼은 타이어(라이딩 링)와 지지 롤러 위에서 회전하며 링기어로 구동됩니다. 24시간 연속 운전을 위해 설계된, 검증된 킬른 기계 구조입니다.
