Chiều cao lớp vật liệu cao hơn cho công suất mẻ lớn hơn
Thiết kế buồng thẳng đứng cho phép lớp tầng sôi sâu hơn so với các thiết bị nằm ngang, nhờ đó mỗi mẻ xử lý được nhiều vật liệu hơn mà không cần tăng diện tích lắp đặt thiết bị.
Xử lý độ ẩm đầu vào lên đến 20%
Bột và hạt đưa vào với độ ẩm lên đến 20% sẽ đạt độ ẩm đầu ra ổn định từ 3%–5%, nhờ luồng khí đi lên giữ cho mọi hạt vật liệu đều được tiếp xúc đồng đều với khí nóng.
Kiêm luôn chức năng máy tạo hạt tầng sôi phun sương
Tùy chọn chuyển đổi cho phép cùng một thiết bị phun tạo hạt bột thành các hạt đồng đều, nhờ đó một máy đảm nhiệm cả công đoạn sấy và tạo hạt.
Nhiệt độ khí đầu vào giới hạn dưới 100°C
