يشمل قسم التبريد معدات SINOTHERMO ذات الطبقة المميعة والاهتزازية المستخدمة لخفض درجة حرارة المنتج المجفف أو المحبب إلى درجة حرارة آمنة للتداول أو التخزين. يعمل التبريد المتحكم به مباشرة بعد التجفيف أو التحبيب على تثبيت البنية وتوازن الرطوبة قبل التعبئة، باستخدام نفس مبدأ تلامس الهواء المعتمد في التجفيف.

Continuous Convection Dryer with Mesh Belt:
The Belt Dryer can be configured with single or multiple mesh-belt layers, spreading material evenly for directional hot-air drying. Belt speed adjusts to each material's temperature and moisture content, so it runs at comparatively low temperatures while continuously processing large batches.

After the main material forms a fluidized bed at the bottom, granules are created with the aid of adhesive sprayed from the top nozzles in the granulating chamber. Subsequently, coating material is sprayed onto the granules from bottom or side nozzles within the chamber for effective coating.

المنتج الساخن الخارج مباشرة من مجفف أو محبب قد يتلف أو يتكتل أو يستمر في التفاعل إذا تمت تعبئته وهو لا يزال ساخنًا. يعمل التبريد المتحكم به على تثبيت بنية الحبيبات وتوازن الرطوبة قبل التخزين. توفر تصاميم الطبقة المميعة والاهتزازية تبريدًا فعالاً باستخدام نفس مبدأ تلامس الهواء المستخدم في التجفيف.
