کجا خشککردن هدایتی بر همرفتی برتری دارد
از نظر انرژی کارآمدتر از خشککردن با هوای گرم است، زیرا گرما بهطور مستقیم منتقل میشود نه از طریق جریان هوای متحرک. برای خمیرها، دوغابها و مواد ویسکوز که در خشککنهای معلق در هوا بهخوبی عمل نمیکنند، مناسب است. اغلب با خلاء ترکیب میشود تا دمای خشککردن برای مواد حساس به حرارت را بیشتر کاهش دهد.
