خنککاری
خنکسازی شامل تجهیزات بستر سیال و ارتعاشی سینوترمو است که برای رساندن محصول خشکشده یا گرانولهشده به دمای ایمن جابجایی یا نگهداری استفاده میشود. خنکسازی کنترلشده بلافاصله پس از خشککردن یا گرانولسازی، ساختار و تعادل رطوبت را پیش از بستهبندی تثبیت میکند و از همان اصل تماس با هوا که در خشککردن به کار میرود بهره میگیرد.

Continuous Convection Dryer with Mesh Belt:
The Belt Dryer can be configured with single or multiple mesh-belt layers, spreading material evenly for directional hot-air drying. Belt speed adjusts to each material's temperature and moisture content, so it runs at comparatively low temperatures while continuously processing large batches.

چرا خنکسازی پس از خشککردن یا گرانولسازی اهمیت دارد
محصول داغی که مستقیماً از خشککن یا گرانولاتور خارج میشود، در صورت بستهبندی در دمای بالا ممکن است دچار افت کیفیت، کیکشدگی یا ادامه واکنش شود. خنکسازی کنترلشده، ساختار گرانول و تعادل رطوبت را پیش از انبارش تثبیت میکند. طراحیهای بستر سیال و ارتعاشی با استفاده از همان اصل تماس با هوای بهکاررفته در خشککردن، خنکسازی را بهصورت کارآمد انجام میدهند.
