Granulation humide ou granulation sèche
La granulation humide lie les poudres à l'aide d'un liquide : le mélange rapide (GHL) forme la masse humide, puis l'extrusion (SET) ou la pulvérisation en lit fluidisé (FL, PGL) façonne et sèche les granulés en une seule étape ; l'enrobage Wurster (FLP) applique des couches d'enrobage sur les particules. La granulation sèche compacte les poudres sans ajout de liquide : les granulateurs oscillants (YK) et à panier (ZLB) fragmentent les gâteaux secs en granulés, tandis que la compression sèche (GKDH) compacte directement les fines par compactage à rouleaux en granulés — adaptée aux formulations sensibles à l'humidité.
