스핀 플래시 및 공기식 플래시 건조
XSG 스핀 플래시 건조기는 건조 챔버 내부에서 회전하는 열풍 기류에 습윤 케이크를 분산시켜 초 단위로 수분을 제거하며, 공기식 플래시 건조기는 열풍 덕트를 통해 소재를 이송하여 연속적인 원패스(single-pass) 건조를 수행합니다. 두 방식 모두 짧은 체류 시간과 열에 민감한 소재의 건조에 적합합니다.
플래시 건조를 선택해야 하는 경우
펌핑 가능한 액체보다는 습윤 케이크, 페이스트, 필터프레스 산출물에 최적입니다. 장시간 열에 노출되면 품질이 저하될 수 있는 열에 민감한 분말 소재에 적합합니다. 트레이 건조나 진공 배치 건조와 비교하여 콤팩트한 설치 공간에서 연속적이고 높은 처리량의 건조를 제공합니다.
