The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer offers efficient material blending. Its cylinder holds a shaft with surrounding ribbon belts that rotate at equal speed: the outer belts move material from both ends toward the center while the inner belts move it from the center back out, folding the batch together for thorough mixing.

리본 혼합이 건식 분말에 효과적인 이유
양방향 이동으로 용기 양쪽 끝단에 데드존 없이 전체 배치를 빠르게 혼합합니다. 낮은 전단력으로 혼합 과정에서 부서지기 쉬운 과립과 코팅 입자를 손상 없이 유지합니다. 화학, 식품, 사료 등 다양한 분야에서 연속식 또는 배치식 건식 분말 혼합에 적합합니다.
