YK 진동식 과립기와 GKDH 건식 압축 과립기는 모두 바인더 액체를 첨가하지 않고 건조 분말로부터 과립을 형성합니다 — 진동식 장비는 사전 압축된 건조 케이크를 과립으로 분쇠하고, 건식 압축 장비는 미세 분말을 롤러로 직접 압축하여 과립으로 만듭니다.
습식 조립 대신 건식 조립을 선택해야 하는 경우
액체 바인더나 후속 건조 공정을 견딜 수 없는 수분 민감성 또는 열 민감성 제형. 액체 첨가 시 성분 간 원치 않는 화학 반응이 발생할 위험이 있는 제형. 과립 형성 후 건조 단계가 필요 없으므로 습식 조립보다 공정 단계가 적음.
