Percampuran Basah merangkumi pengadun skru kon, kelajuan tinggi, mata bajak dan reben SINOTHERMO yang menggabungkan serbuk dengan bahan pengikat cecair, pelarut atau kelembapan menjadi jisim basah atau pes yang seragam. Langkah ini biasanya mendahului proses granulasi atau pengeringan seterusnya dalam barisan formulasi farmaseutikal dan bahan kimia.
