This policy explains how SINOTHERMO Engineering Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. (“SINOTHERMO”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit www.sinothermo.com or contact us through it. We are an industrial equipment manufacturer. This website presents our products and lets you send us an inquiry — we do not sell products online, take payments or ask you to create an account.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (with country code), company, country, how you heard about us (optional) and the description of your requirements. We also receive anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, phone or the live chat. Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as health or financial account details) or confidential trade secrets through the website.
Information collected automatically. Our servers and the services we use record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the website that referred you. Cloudflare uses your IP address to work out your country, for example to pre-select your phone country code and to protect the site from spam and attacks.
How we use it

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that process it for us, as far as needed:
- –Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, bot protection (Turnstile) and security
- –Amazon Web Services (SES) — delivery of inquiry notification emails to our team
- –Zoho — our customer relationship management system and live chat (SalesIQ)
- –Google — Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads, for measuring site usage and advertising results
- –Ahrefs — website analytics
- –CookieYes — recording your cookie choices
- –YouTube — embedded videos, loaded in privacy-enhanced mode and only when you press play
- –WhatsApp — if you contact us there, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms
If you submit an inquiry after clicking one of our Google ads and analytics and advertising cookies are enabled, we may send Google an irreversibly hashed version of your email address and phone number so that it can match your inquiry to the ad. Where the law requires consent, this happens only after you accept cookies.
We may also disclose personal information to our affiliated companies and professional advisers where needed to handle your inquiry, to a successor if our business is sold or reorganised, and to authorities where required by law.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your choice. Analytics, advertising and live chat cookies are set only after you accept them where the law requires consent.
