DLH-Conical Ribbon Screw Blender

Equipped with Rotating Spiral Belt:
A screw encased in a ribbon rotates simultaneously to create a swirling motion, lifting material upward in a spiral from the base of the cone before it descends by gravity. Optional features such as spray atomization and jacket heating or cooling are also available.

Conical Screw and Ribbon-Screw Blending
The DSH conical screw mixer uses a single rotating screw within a conical shell to continuously lift material to the top and let it cascade back down, while the DLH conical ribbon screw blender adds a ribbon element for faster, more intensive blending in the same conical geometry.
Compact Footprint, Efficient Blending
The screw-lift action gives thorough top-to-bottom mixing without needing a large horizontal footprint. Suited to facilities with limited floor space but batch sizes too large for simple hand-mixing. Works well for powders, granules and light pastes across chemical and food-ingredient blending.
