La gama de granuladores de SINOTHERMO incluye recubrimiento en lecho fluidizado Wurster, extrusión por tornillo, mezcla húmeda rápida, granulación en lecho fluidizado y granulación por pulverización para procesos húmedos, además de granuladores oscilantes, de cesta y de compresión en seco para procesos secos, cubriendo comprimidos, polvos instantáneos y partículas de ingeniería.

La granulación húmeda une los polvos mediante líquido: la mezcla rápida (GHL) forma la masa húmeda, y luego la extrusión (SET) o la pulverización en lecho fluidizado (FL, PGL) da forma y seca los gránulos en un solo paso; el recubrimiento Wurster (FLP) aplica capas de recubrimiento sobre las partículas. La granulación seca compacta los polvos sin añadir líquido: los granuladores oscilantes (YK) y de cesta (ZLB) fragmentan las tortas secas en gránulos, mientras que la compresión en seco (GKDH) compacta con rodillos los finos directamente en gránulos, una solución adecuada para formulaciones sensibles a la humedad.
