Cómo elegir un secador de convección según el tipo de alimentación

Las alimentaciones líquidas se atomizan en secadores por aspersión (LPG, YPG, GXP, ZLPG) hasta convertirse en polvo fino y seco. Las tortas húmedas y pastas pasan por secadores flash (XSG, Neumático) para una eliminación de humedad en cuestión de segundos. Los sólidos granulares y en polvo se fluidizan en secadores de lecho (FG, XF, GFG, ZLG) para un secado continuo y uniforme. Los sólidos a granel se desplazan por secadores de banda (DW), bandejas (CT-C), horno rotatorio (HZG) o vibratorios (LZG) según el rendimiento y el tiempo de residencia necesarios.
