コニカルチャンバー形状を採用する理由
テーパー状の容器は材料を中心に向かって折り込むように動かすため、ストレート型設計よりも短い混合経路で均一性を実現します。 先細りになった底部により、完全かつ残留物のない排出が可能で、バッチ切り替え時や衛生的な処理において重要です。 乾式粉末の混合はもちろん、激しい攪拌で崩れやすい顆粒の穏やかな取り扱いにも適しています。
