原料タイプ別の熱風乾燥機選定
液体原料はスプレー乾燥機（LPG、YPG、GXP、ZLPG）で噴霧され、微細な乾燥粉末となります。 湿ったケーキやペーストはフラッシュ乾燥機（XSG、気流式）を通過し、数秒単位で水分を除去します。 顆粒・粉末状の固体は流動層乾燥機（FG、XF、GFG、ZLG）内で流動化し、均一な連続乾燥が行われます。 バルク固体は、必要な処理量と滞留時間に応じて、バンド式（DW）、棚段式（CT-C）、ロータリーキルン式（HZG）または振動式（LZG）乾燥機で搬送・処理されます。
