湿式造粒と乾式造粒の工程

湿式造粒は液体で粉体を結合させる方式です。高速混合機(GHL)で湿潤塊を形成した後、押出機(SET)または流動層スプレー(FL、PGL)で顆粒を成形・乾燥まで一貫して行い、ウルスターコーティング機(FLP)では粒子にコーティング層を付与します。 乾式造粒は液体を加えずに粉体を圧縮する方式です。オシレーティング造粒機(YK)とバスケット造粒機(ZLB)は乾燥ケーキを砕いて顆粒化し、乾式圧縮造粒機(GKDH)は微粉をローラーで直接圧縮成形して顆粒化します。この方式は水分に敏感な処方に適しています。
