湿式造粒と乾式造粒の工程
湿式造粒は液体で粉体を結合させる方式です。高速混合機（GHL）で湿潤塊を形成した後、押出機（SET）または流動層スプレー（FL、PGL）で顆粒を成形・乾燥まで一貫して行い、ウルスターコーティング機（FLP）では粒子にコーティング層を付与します。 乾式造粒は液体を加えずに粉体を圧縮する方式です。オシレーティング造粒機（YK）とバスケット造粒機（ZLB）は乾燥ケーキを砕いて顆粒化し、乾式圧縮造粒機（GKDH）は微粉をローラーで直接圧縮成形して顆粒化します。この方式は水分に敏感な処方に適しています。
