Pengeringan Konduksi merangkumi pengering plat vakum, cakera dan dram-scraper SINOTHERMO yang memindahkan haba melalui sentuhan langsung dengan permukaan yang dipanaskan. Selalunya digabungkan dengan vakum untuk pengeringan yang lebih lembut dan bersuhu rendah, pendekatan ini sesuai untuk pes dan buburan likat yang tidak sesuai dikendalikan dalam pengering ampaian-udara.

In operation, the rotating drum picks up material as a thin film. Heat transfers from the inner to the outer wall, effectively evaporating moisture, while an internal scraper continuously converts the dried film into flake-like product in a short time.

Bila Pengeringan Konduksi Mengatasi Pengeringan Perolakan
Lebih cekap tenaga berbanding pengeringan udara panas kerana haba dipindahkan secara langsung dan bukan melalui aliran udara bergerak. Sesuai untuk pes, buburan dan bahan likat yang tidak sesuai dikendalikan dalam pengering ampaian-udara. Selalunya digabungkan dengan vakum untuk menurunkan lagi suhu pengeringan bagi bahan sensitif haba.
