LZG-Spiral Vibrating Dryer

Sentuhan Udara Panas Langsung Merentasi Reka Bentuk Semburan, Flash dan Kiln
Pengeringan konveksi memindahkan haba melalui sentuhan langsung antara udara panas dan bahan — pengering semburan (LPG, YPG, GXP, ZLPG) mengabuti cecair ke dalam aliran udara, pengering flash (XSG, Pneumatik) menyerakkan bahan bata basah ke dalam udara panas yang bergerak pantas, manakala pengering dulang (CT-C), tali sawat (DW), kiln (HZG) dan getaran (LZG) menggerakkan pepejal pukal melalui persekitaran udara panas.
Kelebihan Pemindahan Haba Konveksi
Kadar pengeringan yang pantas kerana udara panas bersentuhan terus dengan bahan berbanding melalui permukaan yang dipanaskan. Berfungsi merentasi pelbagai bentuk suapan, daripada cecair dan buburan hinggalah granul dan pepejal pukal. Mudah diskalakan daripada pengeringan dulang kelompok kecil kepada pemasangan kiln atau tali sawat berterusan berskala besar.
