Horizontal Mixer
Horizontal mixers use a ribbon, paddle or sigma-blade rotating on a horizontal axis to blend powders, granules and pastes quickly and uniformly across the full batch.

CH-Sigma Mixer
Categories: Mixer, Horizontal Mixer
Straightforward Design, Eliminating Awkward Corners:
The Sigma Mixer comes with a trough-shaped mixing chamber and sigma-shaped paddles mounted on the shaft, providing both sealing and mixing capabilities. Perfect for blending powders, granules and small amounts of liquid.
- Input:
- Powders, Granules, Small Amounts of Liquid
- Type:
- Dry Mixing, Mild Wet Mixing

LDH-Ploughshare Mixer
Categories: Mixer, Horizontal Mixer
Great for Processing Materials That Require Breaking Down:
The Ploughshare Mixer consists of a transmission system, a cylinder, ploughshares and flying blades. The ploughshares promote movement along the cylinder wall while high-speed flying blades disperse materials efficiently, ensuring quick and even mixing.
- Input:
- Powders, Granules, Small amounts of liquids
- Type:
- Dry Mixing, Mild Wet Mixing
- Additional Feature:
- Mild Crushing

WLDH-Horizontal Ribbon Mixer
Categories: Mixer, Horizontal Mixer, Ribbon Blender
Equipped with Horizontal Screw Belts:
The Horizontal Ribbon Mixer offers efficient material blending. Its cylinder holds a shaft with surrounding ribbon belts that rotate at equal speed: the outer belts move material from both ends toward the center while the inner belts move it from the center back out, folding the batch together for thorough mixing.
- Input:
- Powders, Granules, Small amounts of liquid
- Type:
- Dry Mixing, Mild Wet Mixing
Sigma, Ploughshare and Ribbon Agitation
The CH sigma mixer uses twin Z-shaped blades for intensive kneading of viscous pastes, the LDH ploughshare mixer sweeps plough-shaped blades through the bed for fast dry blending, and the WLDH horizontal ribbon mixer uses dual helical ribbons for continuous, gentle powder blending.
Shear Level Determines the Right Horizontal Mixer
Sigma mixers (CH) deliver the highest shear — suited to rubber, adhesives and dense pastes that need kneading, not just blending. Ploughshare mixers (LDH) give fast, high-intensity dry and wet blending with optional chopper attachments. Ribbon mixers (WLDH) are the gentlest option, ideal for free-flowing powders and granules that shouldn't be sheared or damaged.
