A Vertical Blending Fluidized Bed Dryer for Heavy-Load Batch Processing

SINOTHERMO's vertical blending fluidized bed dryer adds a mixing mechanism inside the vertical chamber, helping form and maintain a fluidized bed when processing heavier or thicker loads. It is built for mass batch production and is commonly paired with wet granulation equipment upstream.

An internal mixing mechanism helps establish and maintain fluidization when the load is heavier or thicker than standard powder feeds can support unassisted.
The added mixing action extends fluidized bed drying to denser materials that would be difficult to fluidize with air alone.
The vertical chamber is sized for batch production, suiting mass-production runs rather than continuous processing.
Commonly installed alongside wet granulation equipment to dry granulated batches before packaging or further processing.
