All-in-One Mixing, Granulating, and Drying

Materials form a fluidized bed at the bottom, where granules are created in the granulation chamber with the help of spray nozzles dispensing binder. The hopper allows several raw materials to be added and mixed during the fluidization process.

A Fluidized Bed Granulator for Mixing, Granulating and Drying in One Step

SINOTHERMO's fluidized bed granulator suspends powder in an upward air stream while top spray nozzles apply liquid binder, building granules directly in the fluidized bed. A multi-inlet hopper allows several raw materials to be added and mixed during fluidization, and the same chamber dries and cools the finished granules.

Binder sprayed from above onto the fluidized powder bed builds granules as the material circulates, giving controlled granule growth.
The hopper accepts multiple raw materials, which mix together during fluidization before and during granule formation.
Granulation, drying and cooling take place in the same fluidized bed, avoiding a separate transfer to a dryer.
Produces solid, medium-sized granules at a final moisture content of 3–5%.
Air suspends and circulates the bed without heavy mechanical agitation, giving even, gentle contact between binder, powder and drying air.
