A Screw Extruder Granulator for High-Viscosity Wet Granulation
SINOTHERMO's screw extruder granulator — an extrusion-granulation machine also called a wet granulator or pellet extruder — forces a solid-liquid mixture through a die to form uniform cylindrical granules. The screw generates enough shear and pressure to bond particles by their own viscosity, so it pelletizes high-viscosity pastes with little or no added binder for pharmaceutical, chemical and food producers.
