Contacto Directo de Aire Caliente en Diseños de Atomización, Flash y Horno
El secado por convección transfiere calor mediante contacto directo entre el aire caliente y el material: los secadores por atomización (LPG, YPG, GXP, ZLPG) atomizan líquidos en la corriente de aire, los secadores flash (XSG, Neumático) dispersan la torta húmeda en aire caliente de alta velocidad, y los secadores de bandejas (CT-C), de banda (DW), de horno (HZG) y vibratorios (LZG) desplazan sólidos a granel a través de un entorno de aire caliente.
Ventajas de la Transferencia de Calor por Convección
Altas velocidades de secado, ya que el aire caliente entra en contacto directo con el material en lugar de a través de una superficie calentada. Funciona con una amplia variedad de formas de alimentación, desde líquidos y suspensiones hasta gránulos y sólidos a granel. Se escala fácilmente desde el secado por lotes en bandejas a pequeña escala hasta grandes instalaciones continuas de horno o banda.
