Spin Flash and Pneumatic Flash Drying
The XSG spin flash dryer disperses wet cake into a spinning hot-air stream inside the drying chamber for seconds-scale moisture removal, while the pneumatic flash dryer conveys material through a hot-air duct for continuous, single-pass drying — both suited to short-residence-time, heat-sensitive drying.
When to Choose Flash Drying
Best for wet cakes, pastes and filter-press outputs rather than pumpable liquids. Suited to heat-sensitive powders where long exposure to heat would degrade quality. Delivers continuous, high-throughput drying in a compact footprint compared to tray or vacuum batch drying.
