The Belt Dryer can be configured with single or multiple mesh-belt layers, spreading material evenly for directional hot-air drying. Belt speed adjusts to each material's temperature and moisture content, so it runs at comparatively low temperatures while continuously processing large batches.

SINOTHERMO's belt dryer — also known as a mesh-belt or conveyor belt dryer — carries material through a tunnel of drying zones on one or more permeable belts. It delivers continuous, high-capacity industrial drying for granular, fibrous and formed products that need gentle, uniform heat rather than aggressive high-temperature exposure.
- Continuous conveyor operation dries large, steady throughputs without batch stops — ideal for dehydrated vegetables, fruit, herbs, catalysts and chemical granules.
- Single- or multi-layer mesh belts spread material in a thin, even bed so hot air passes through for uniform moisture removal.
- Independently zoned air temperature and belt speed give precise control over final moisture (3–8%) and protect heat-sensitive products.
- Comparatively low inlet temperatures (<200°C) with an optional cooling zone make it well suited to food, agricultural and pharmaceutical materials.
