A Pneumatic Dryer for Fast Drying of Loose Solid Materials

SINOTHERMO's pneumatic dryer conveys loose, non-viscous solid materials through a stream of hot air, drying them rapidly as they travel through the system. Its modular design lets producers add drying or grinding stages as needed, making it adaptable for temperature-sensitive materials that require short heat exposure.

Material is carried by an air stream through the drying line, exposing it to heat only briefly as it moves through the system.
Rapid transit through the drying stream limits time at temperature, suiting materials sensitive to prolonged heat.
Optional drying and grinding stages can be added to the base design to match different material and output requirements.
Designed for free-flowing solid materials rather than pastes or slurries, keeping the airflow path clear during operation.
Reaches a final moisture content of 3–6% with inlet air temperature kept below 200°C.
