A Ribbon Conical Vacuum Dryer for Dead-Angle-Free Drying

SINOTHERMO's ribbon conical vacuum dryer combines a jacketed conical vessel with a hollow ribbon agitator to heat, stir and dry powders and granules under vacuum. The conical shape allows smooth loading and discharge with no dead corners, while the ribbon continuously turns the batch for even drying at low temperature, suiting explosive and heat-sensitive materials.

A heated hollow ribbon both stirs the batch and adds conduction surface, combining mixing and drying in the same motion.
The cone geometry has no internal corners, so material loads evenly and discharges cleanly without residue pockets.
Vacuum lowers the evaporation point, allowing drying at a heat source below 200°C, suitable for heat-sensitive powders.
The sealed, low-oxygen vacuum environment is suited to explosive and easily oxidized solids that cannot be dried in open air.
Ongoing ribbon agitation keeps the bed moving during drying, helping reach a uniform 3–5% final moisture content.
