A Static Vacuum Tray Dryer for Low-Temperature, Gentle Drying
SINOTHERMO's static vacuum cabinet dryer — also called a vacuum tray or vacuum shelf dryer — dries liquids, slurries and pastes spread on heated trays inside a sealed vacuum chamber. Drying under vacuum lets water evaporate at low temperature (heat source below 100°C), so it safely handles heat-sensitive, flammable and explosive materials for pharmaceutical, chemical and food producers.
- Vacuum lowers the boiling point, so materials dry with a heat source below 100°C — protecting active ingredients, color and structure that hot-air drying would damage.
- Hollow heating tubes conduct even, contact heat across every tray, giving uniform drying to a stable 3–5% final moisture.
- The oxygen-poor vacuum environment safely dries flammable, explosive and easily oxidized materials that cannot be dried in air.
- A pulse back-blow feature clears the filter and keeps the chamber running efficiently through long batches with minimal downtime.
- Static tray drying leaves material undisturbed and fully enclosed, ideal for high-purity pharmaceutical and fine-chemical products.
