Contato Direto com Ar Quente em Designs de Atomização, Flash e Forno
A secagem por convecção transfere calor por contato direto entre o ar quente e o material — os secadores por atomização (LPG, YPG, GXP, ZLPG) atomizam líquidos no fluxo de ar, os secadores flash (XSG, Pneumático) dispersam a torta úmida em ar quente de rápido movimento, e os secadores de bandejas (CT-C), esteira (DW), forno (HZG) e vibratório (LZG) movimentam sólidos a granel através de um ambiente de ar quente.
Vantagens da Transferência de Calor por Convecção
