Caminho da Granulação Úmida vs. Seca
A granulação úmida liga os pós com líquido: a mistura úmida rápida (GHL) forma a massa úmida, e então a extrusão (SET) ou a aspersão em leito fluidizado (FL, PGL) molda e seca os grânulos em uma única etapa; o revestimento Wurster (FLP) aplica camadas de revestimento sobre as partículas. A granulação a seco compacta os pós sem adição de líquido: os granuladores oscilantes (YK) e de cesto (ZLB) quebram bolos secos em grânulos, enquanto a compressão a seco (GKDH) compacta finos diretamente em grânulos por meio de rolos compactadores — adequada a formulações sensíveis à umidade.
