Como selecionar um secador de convecção pelo tipo de material de alimentação
Materiais líquidos são atomizados em secadores por atomização (LPG, YPG, GXP, ZLPG), transformando-se em pó fino e seco. Tortas úmidas e pastas passam por secadores flash (XSG, Pneumático) para remoção de umidade em questão de segundos. Sólidos granulares e em pó fluidizam em secadores de leito (FG, XF, GFG, ZLG) para secagem contínua e uniforme. Sólidos a granel passam por secadores de esteira (DW), bandejas (CT-C), forno rotativo (HZG) ou vibratórios (LZG), dependendo da produtividade e do tempo de residência necessários.
