Auswahl eines Konvektionstrockners nach Materialtyp
Flüssige Ausgangsstoffe werden in Sprühtrocknern (LPG, YPG, GXP, ZLPG) zu feinem, trockenem Pulver zerstäubt. Feuchte Filterkuchen und Pasten durchlaufen Flash-Trockner (XSG, Pneumatisch) zur Feuchtigkeitsentfernung innerhalb von Sekunden. Körnige und pulverförmige Feststoffe werden in Wirbelschichttrocknern (FG, XF, GFG, ZLG) für eine gleichmäßige, kontinuierliche Trocknung fluidisiert. Schüttgüter durchlaufen je nach benötigtem Durchsatz und Verweilzeit Band- (DW), Horden- (CT-C), Drehrohrofen- (HZG) oder Vibrationstrockner (LZG).
