Prozesswege der Nassgranulierung

Das Schnellmischen (GHL) bildet die feuchte Masse, die anschließend durch Extrusion (SET) oder Wirbelschichtbesprühung (FL) geformt und getrocknet wird. Die Wurster-Beschichtung (FLP) lagert Bindemittel oder Beschichtungsmaterial in einer Wirbelschicht auf die Partikel auf. Oszillierende (YK) und Korbgranulatoren (ZLB) zerkleinern eine vorgeformte feuchte Masse zu gleichmäßigen Granulaten.
