伝導乾燥
伝導乾燥は、加熱面との直接接触により熱を伝達するSINOTHERMOの真空プレート乾燥機、ディスク乾燥機、ドラムスクレーパー乾燥機を対象としています。多くの場合、真空と組み合わせることでより穏やかな低温乾燥が可能となり、気流懸濁式乾燥機ではうまく処理できない高粘度のペーストやスラリーに適しています。

伝導乾燥が対流乾燥より優れる場面
熱が流動する気流を介さず直接伝達されるため、熱風乾燥よりもエネルギー効率に優れています。 気流懸濁式乾燥機ではうまく処理できないペースト、スラリー、高粘度材料に適しています。 多くの場合、真空と組み合わせることで、熱に敏感な材料の乾燥温度をさらに低下させることができます。
