湿式造粒プロセスの流れ
高速混合(GHL)により湿潤塊を形成し、その後押出(SET)や流動層スプレー(FL)により成形・乾燥します。 ウルスターコーティング(FLP)は、流動層内で粒子にバインダーやコーティング材料を層状に付着させます。 オシレーティング造粒機(YK)およびバスケット造粒機(ZLB)は、あらかじめ形成された湿潤塊を均一な顆粒へと破砕します。
