冷却は、乾燥または造粒された製品を安全なハンドリング温度または保管温度まで下げるために使用される、SINOTHERMOの流動層式および振動式設備を対象としています。乾燥または造粒直後の制御された冷却は、包装前に構造と水分平衡を安定させるもので、乾燥と同じ空気接触の原理を利用しています。

Continuous Convection Dryer with Mesh Belt:
The Belt Dryer can be configured with single or multiple mesh-belt layers, spreading material evenly for directional hot-air drying. Belt speed adjusts to each material's temperature and moisture content, so it runs at comparatively low temperatures while continuously processing large batches.
