A Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer for Gentle Continuous Granule Drying
SINOTHERMO's horizontal vibrating fluidized bed dryer — also called a vibro fluid bed dryer — combines mechanical vibration with fluidization to move granules smoothly through an enclosed drying bed on a cushion of hot air. It delivers continuous, low-damage fluid bed drying and cooling for food, chemical and pharmaceutical granules that need uniform, gentle heat rather than aggressive handling.
- Mechanical vibration keeps granules moving evenly across the bed, so even heavier or wetter feeds (up to 20% moisture) fluidize without channeling or dead spots.
- Cushioned airborne conveying minimizes attrition and surface damage, preserving granule shape and size for products like coated granules and crystals.
- Material flows steadily from inlet to outlet for high-capacity continuous drying to a controlled 1–5% final moisture.
- A fully enclosed housing contains dust and prevents contamination, suiting food and pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.
- An integrated cooling zone brings dried granules down to packing temperature in the same pass, with inlet air held below 200°C.
