The Extract Spray Dryer features a cylinder equipped with a cooling system specifically designed for drying extracts while keeping wall temperatures below 80°C. It includes an airbrush that cleans the walls during operation to prevent adhesion and protect the powder from burning.

Por Que o Processamento Herbal Exige Secagem Cuidadosa
A secagem a vácuo e a baixa temperatura preserva os compostos voláteis que conferem potência e aroma aos produtos herbais. A secagem por atomização de extratos converte extratos herbais líquidos concentrados em pó estável e padronizado. A secagem em bandejas e esteira processa material botânico inteiro ou cortado antes da extração ou moagem. A granulação por aspersão em leito fluidizado forma grânulos de fluxo livre diretamente a partir do líquido de extrato herbal.
