Fourteen Convection Dryers for Continuous Production
SINOTHERMO's convection range covers centrifugal and pressure spray drying, hot-air tray and belt drying, spin-flash and pneumatic flash drying, horizontal and vertical fluidized-bed drying, rotary kiln processing, and vibrating-bed drying — all built on direct hot-air contact for continuous, high-throughput operation.
Selecting a Convection Dryer by Feed Type
Liquid feeds atomize through spray dryers (LPG, YPG, GXP, ZLPG) into fine dry powder. Wet cakes and pastes pass through flash dryers (XSG, Pneumatic) for seconds-scale moisture removal. Granular and powder solids fluidize in bed dryers (FG, XF, GFG, ZLG) for uniform continuous drying. Bulk solids move through belt (DW), tray (CT-C), rotary kiln (HZG) or vibrating (LZG) dryers depending on throughput and residence time needed.
