What you’ll see at our booth
We’ll present scaled display units of three of our most requested systems:
- Pengering Semprot Sentrifugal — a high-speed centrifugal atomizer turns solutions, emulsions and suspensions into fine droplets that dry in seconds against hot air. Ideal when particle size, residual moisture (typ. 3–5%), bulk density and shape must meet precise standards. Inlet air range 150–500°C.
- Granulator Pencampur Cepat Basah — a bottom impeller mixes powder and binder into a wet mass; a side chopper cuts it into uniform granules and prevents clumping. Mixing and granulation in minutes; optional jacket for heating/cooling.
- Pelapis Granulasi Tempat Tidur Fluidisasi Wurster — mixing, granulating, coating and drying in one platform. Top nozzles granulate the fluidized bed; bottom/side nozzles coat the granules.
We’ll also be glad to discuss our Pengering Kabinet Vakum Statis for low-temperature, gentle drying (heat source <100°C) of heat-sensitive, flammable or solvent-laden materials.
